What data I process

When you write to me via the contact form or by email, I process:

Why I process it

I use the data solely to respond to your message and, where relevant, to discuss a potential collaboration. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send and, for a specific request, steps taken at your request before entering into a possible agreement. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it I cannot respond. I do not sell the data or use it for marketing. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

How long I keep it

I keep messages and contact details for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 2 years from the last contact, unless there is a reason (e.g. an established collaboration) to keep them longer. After that I delete them.

Who may access the data

Form submissions are technically handled by Web3Forms, which delivers the message to my email. For email I use Gmail (Google). Some of these processors may process the data outside the EU; in that case I make sure the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data in line with the GDPR. The processors access the data only to the extent needed to provide their service. I do not pass the data to any other third parties.

Cookies and similar browser storage

Without your consent, the site only stores information in your browser that is needed for settings you choose: light or dark mode and a record of your analytics decision. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you click “Accept”.

Tool / itemPurposeDuration
theme (localStorage)Remembers the colour mode you selected.Until deleted in your browser.
reblanchedCookieConsentV2 (localStorage)Records your analytics choice.Consent for 12 months; refusal for 6 months.
Google Analytics 4: _ga, _ga_*Pseudonymous visit distinction and aggregate website-use statistics.Up to 2 years by default; the service setting can shorten this.
Microsoft Clarity: _clck, _clsk; depending on the browser, also CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SMPseudonymous visit distinction, heatmaps and recordings of page interactions. Form-field content is masked.Typically: _clck 1 year; _clsk 1 day; CLID and MUID 1 year; ANONCHK 10 minutes; MR 7 days; SM for the session. Clarity playback is generally kept for 30 days and aggregate data for up to 9 months.

The legal basis for analytics is your consent. You can accept or refuse directly in the banner. You can change the decision later through “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. When consent is withdrawn, the site disables analytics, removes available analytics cookies from this domain and reloads the page. You can also remove third-party cookies in your browser settings.

I use Google Analytics only for visit statistics, without advertising features. Google states that for visits from the EU, it discards the IP address after deriving approximate location and before logging the data. Microsoft Clarity uses pseudonymous identifiers and provides heatmaps and recordings of interactions. After consent, I send Clarity a signal allowing analytics storage while keeping advertising storage denied.

The providers are Google Ireland Limited and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. Processing within their groups may take place outside the European Economic Area. Transfers follow the mechanisms described by the providers, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. For details and current cookie lists, see Google Analytics cookie information, Google's privacy policy, Microsoft Clarity's cookie list and Microsoft's privacy statement.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to blankasopouskovajr@gmail.com. If you believe the processing is not in order, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
