Effective from 19 June 2026

What data I process
When you write to me via the contact form or by email, I process:
- the name you provide,
- your email address,
- the content of your message.
Why I process it
I use the data solely to respond to your message and to arrange any potential collaboration. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request prior to any agreement. I never sell your data, nor use it for marketing without your consent.
How long I keep it
I keep messages and contact details for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 2 years from the last contact, unless there is a reason (e.g. an established collaboration) to keep them longer. After that I delete them.
Who may access the data
Form submissions are technically handled by Web3Forms, which delivers the message to my email. For email I use Gmail (Google). Some of these processors may process the data outside the EU; in that case I make sure the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data in line with the GDPR. The processors access the data only to the extent needed to provide their service. I do not pass the data to any other third parties.
Cookies
To run, the website uses only necessary technical cookies (for example to remember your consent). To understand what interests visitors, I also use two analytics tools: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They collect anonymous, aggregated traffic data (such as which pages people view), and Google Analytics additionally has IP anonymisation enabled. These analytics tools only load if you grant consent in the cookie banner – so the legal basis is your consent. You can refuse or change your consent at any time, and you can also delete or block cookies directly in your browser settings; if you don't grant consent, no analytics cookies are loaded. How long individual cookies are stored varies by tool (from the end of the session up to several months). Both tools are operated by companies based outside the EU (Google and Microsoft), so a transfer to a third country may take place, governed by the applicable standard contractual clauses. For details, see Google's and Microsoft's privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to [e-mail]. If you believe the processing is not in order, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
