I like it when things make sense.

I always have – understanding how things work, why they work, and how to make them simpler.

That curiosity runs through everything I do: my work, my research, languages, and ordinary everyday life. I've been through service operations, data and process in big e-commerce, and end-to-end delivery in regulated fintech – and that broad span is exactly what helps me see connections a single-domain specialist easily misses. On top of that I hold an MBA in human resources and am currently finishing doctoral studies in business management – which is why I understand not only people and HR, but how all the departments of a company fit together.

What I enjoy most is making life easier – for myself and for others. I look for ways to be productive not just at work but in personal life too, and I love passing that on. I'm in love with learning and exploring, languages and other cultures.

I try to be a good person, and I'd like to be a role model for others. I believe life is worth appreciating even in its harder moments – and that understanding things is the first step to changing them.
